Enrollment
	1	Customers patronize tour products at China Travel Service (Hong Kong) Limited (hereinafter known as “CTS”) will be invited to join “CTS Friends” and Incentive Programme (hereinafter known as “The Programme”) free of charge
How to Earn Points
	1	The Programme is only applicable to the FIT tours that are organized by CTS (chartered tours are excluded). Those tours that organized by other travel agents/tour operators which can be enrolled at CTS are also excluded from the Programme.
	2	Every spent of HK$1 = 1 point. Points accumulated can redeem for travel coupons.
	3	Points accumulation deadline: 31 December of the same year (according to tour departure date).
Redemption
	1	5,000 points can redeem for HK$50 travel coupon, 10,000 points can redeem for HK$150 travel coupon, every additional 5,000 points hereafter can redeem for HK$100 travel coupon and so on.
	2	Travel coupons can be redeemed at the following CTS Branches: CTS House (Sheung Wan), Mongkok, Shatin, Yuen Long, Tuen Mun Town Plaza, Tsuen Wan, Kwun Tong, Kornhill Plaza.
	3	Points redemption expiry date: end of February of the following year (according to tour departure date).
How to Check Point Balance
	1	Programme participants can check point balance via http://friends.ctshk.com, enquiry hotline 29987555 or at any tour counter of CTS branches.
Terms and Conditions
	1	Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
	2	No application fee required for joining the Programme. Applicants need to show their valid identification documents to CTS staff for verification when submitting the application forms or joining the tours.
	3	Failure by applicant to provide all the information as required by the application form may result in CTS being unable to complete the enrollment procedure and to offer the Programme.
	4	The Programme is only applicable to the FIT tours that organized by CTS (Chartered tours are excluded). Those tours that organized by other travel agents/tour operators which can be enrolled at CTS are also excluded from the Programme.
	5	Accumulate the expense volume of the applicable products that mentioned in Pt.4. those expenses that CTS receives on ohters’ behalf such as airport tax, fuel surcharge, visa application fee etc are excluded. Expense volume that paid by travel coupons, cash coupons and other coupons are also excluded. Every spent of HK$1=1 point. Points accumulated can be redeemed for travel coupons. 5000 points can redeem for HK$50 travel coupon, 10,000 points can redeem for HK$150 travel coupon, every additional 5,000 points hereafter can redeem for HK$100 travel coupon and so on. Travel coupons can be redeemed at the following CTS Branches: CTS House (Sheung Wan), Mongkok, Shatin, Yuen Long, Tuen Mun Town Plaza, Tsuen Wan, Kwun Tong, Kornhill Plaza.
	6	Expense volume will become valid points upon tours returned. Money refunded will not be counted as valid points.
	7	If more than one customer join tour and not every one come in-person for the tour enrollment procedure, those who come in-person should decide whom and the number of persons to join the Programme. Selections should be made within the list of persons joining that tour.
	8	For the ease of calculating accumulated points, customers are required to show their “CTS Friends” Membership Cards when joining tours. “CTS Friends” Membership Cards are not transferable.
	9	Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
	10	Points are not transferable.
	11	Points accumulation deadline: 31 December of the same year. Points redemption expiry date: end of February of the following year (According to tour departure date).
	12	Programme participants can check point balance via http://friends.ctshk.com or at any tour counter of CTS branches.
	13	The Programme is only applicable to CTS branches that located in HK territory (branches at the HK International Airport and Lo Wu KCR Station are excluded).
	14	CTS shall not be liable to any applicant or companion for and indirect or consequential loss, damage or expense of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the Programme and/or the provision or the refusal to provide any benefits, whether such loss, damage or expense is caused by negligence or otherwise, and whether CTS has any control over the circumstances giving rise to the claims or not.
	15	China Travel Service (Hong Kong) Limited has the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute and to amend these terms and conditions from time to time.
	16	The Chinese version of this application form shall prevail wherever there is a discrepancy between the Chinese and the English versions.
	17	Programme participants consent and authorize CTS that personal data may be used for ongoing research, programme development or business promotion purposes and to communicate news and information to applicants. Programme participants consent and authorize that information provided in this application form may be passed to its suppliers, partners or connected organizations (including Hong Kong CTS Group) to facilitate the above purposes. All information is managed in accordance with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
	18.	These Terms and Conditions are governed by Hong Kong Law.
